NEW YORK, N.Y. (WCTV) -- The Washington Nationals have drafted FSU right-handed pitcher Andrew Karp in the sixth round of the 2018 MLB Draft.
Karp posted a career year with the Noles, going 8-4 with a 3.32 ERA in 14 starts (15 overall appearances) with 93 strikeouts and 15 walks.
The Winter Garden native was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 34th round of last year's draft, but he opted to stay at FSU.
Karp is the third FSU player selected in this year's draft, after Cal Raleigh and Cole Sands.
