TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - A Tallahassee man has been convicted of coercing or enticing a minor to engage in prostitution, the U.S. Attorney’s Office Northern District of Florida announced Friday.

Jirard Quin Kincherlow, 39 was convicted following a three-day trial. Kincherlow faces a mandatory minimum term of ten years imprisonment to Life imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and a maximum term of Life on supervised release.

According to the Office, this case was related to the Tallahassee Police Department’s Operation Stolen Innocence.

Kincherlow’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 22, 2021, at 10 am, at the United States Courthouse in Tallahassee before the Honorable Mark Walker.
