FAMU men add doubleheader against South Carolina State as home, MEAC opener
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Florida A&M has announced they have added two games to their men’s basketball schedule against South Carolina State.
The Rattlers and Bulldogs will meet on Sunday, January 10 and Monday, January 11.
The new games come just over 24 hours after the Rattlers’ originally scheduled games against North Carolina Central were postponed due to COVID-19 concerns within the Eagles’ program.
FAMU’s games against S.C. State will serve as the Rattlers’ home opener and MEAC opener. The university says Tipoff for their game on Sunday is set for 2 p.m. while Monday is set for a 6 p.m. tip.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, fans will not be allowed to attend either game, but they will be streamed for fans to watch live by clicking here.
The Rattlers enter MEAC play with a 1-6 record, with their lone victory coming against Austin Peay on December 15.
